A quick update.
First free e-books. Which leads me to acknowledge that yes I have a problem, and no I’m not willing to give it up. My co-workers joke with me that I need to go to a 12 step program for compulsive book buyers and readers, but even if there was such a thing, I wouldn’t give it up.
I finished Jeaniene Frost’s Eternal Kiss of Darkness last night. I enjoyed it. There will be a review of thaat coming up soon.
I also found this book called Douglass’ Women in the bargain book pile at Barnes & Noble this week. It looks fantastic. Someone who was in line with me also mentioned that she had found it at a book fair and now its one of her favorite books. It is most certainly promising. So I plan to start that soon.
What I am picking up today is Saul Bellow’s Seize the Day. It’s a really short book, just over 100 pages, so it shouldn’t take me too long to get through. Aside from that, there isn’t too much going on.
