About how many books (roughly) would you say you own? (If you don’t have a clue how many, do you care to know? Why, or why not?)
Unfortunately I’m still working on going through my book collection, both hardcopy and ebooks, so I don’t have an exact number. What I do have are estimates.
For hardcopy books I own somewhere around 550 books. This however does not include my textbooks, which I keep. So if you include those the count would be closer to 570-580.
As far as ebooks are concerned. If the properties thing is correct for the folder they are in, I own somewhere in the neighborhood of 2150 ebooks. I had no idea, but thats a lot of ebooks.
Final count: approximately 2700 books.
Wow.
Nice…..I jsut started getting ebooks…I have been trying to win them or looking for free ebooks online. Check out my Musing ON Monday answer.
I’ve been working on building both my ebook and hard copy library, but ebooks are cheaper (or free) and easier to get so that’s why I have so many more. Either way, it’s good stuff.
Oh, I don’t have any e-books, but I do have a lot of “print” books. Here’s what I wrote:
