Happy Tuesday Everyone!
It’s time for another Top Ten Tuesday and this weeks is a freebie. In lieu of having anything in mind, I’m going to do a recent topic that I missed. Not that I need any more fuel to the series train, but lets talk about ten book series I’d like to start reading.
- The Seven Realms Series by Cinda Williams Chima
- Chicagoland Vampires by Chloe Neill
- Dublin Murder Squad by Tana French
- The Bloodsworn Saga by John Gwynne
- The Witcher by Andrzej Sapkowski
- A Chorus of Dragons by Jenn Lyons
- You Caroline Kepnes
- Temeraire by Naomi Novik
- The Books of Babel by Josiah Bancroft
- Discworld by Terry Pratchett
Some of these have been on my list for years like the Tana French books, and others are on there in the hopes that I’ll someday achieve an amazing bookish feat like reading Discworld. One thing they all have in common, I am determined to read them at some point.
Have you read any of these? Any you would recommend, on this list or otherwise? Do share!
Until next time, Happy Reading!
Did one of your posts disappear? I seem to remember something you posted from Germany?
I don’t have any LONG series to recommend, sorry. The only thing that comes to mind in the 9 book ‘Expanse’ series. Two down, seven to go for me… [grin]
I think so. I was doing something in the WordPress app yesterday and managed to screw something up quite well. Not only did the post unpublish, it seems to have reverted to an earlier draft. I haven’t decided what I’m going to do about this yet, lol.
I did pick up the first three, but I haven’t started reading them yet. When will you be continuing on with the series?
I thought it was probably something like that. With some of these packages its SO easy to press the wrong button or agree to an ambiguous question and delete something then struggle to get it back. Good luck!
I’m trying to finish off all of my ‘hanging’ series ATM. I’ve managed a few this year and will target some more next year. My review pile is pretty low ATM (4 presently) so I want to build up some steam before I plunge into any BIG books. Hopefully I’ll read at least the 3rd book next year.
Got it back! And it was actually quite easy, phew! LOL
Sounds smart – finishing up series you’re deeper into before getting into new ones! Enjoy finishing those off!
